06 IDENTIFIKASI DAN PENETAPAN PRIORITAS KRITERIA KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN BAHAN BAKU DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN METODE DELPHI
The production process requires precision quality raw materials, which require priority decision criteria selection of raw materials, so as to provide the composition accuracy. In a decision-making process, the stages of recognizing each objective criterion and its become a basic step that determines. Therefore it is necessary a systematic methodology to be able to identify the objective and the criteria of a decision but also can assign priorities through a representative weighting process. So that the decision-making process can lead alternatives satisfying decisions and decision makers achieve its objectives optimally. For the above purpose, this paper proposes an approach to the Delphi method. This method will be tested is applied to the case of the identification and prioritization criteria / objective in the selection of raw materials is carried out by employees of PT. X
